We are searching for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major airports.

At least 7 years experience in functionality in Oracle environment.
At least 5 years experience in hands-on implementations with the Oracle Process Manufacturing.
Must have hands-on 11i and R12 experience.
Implementation knowledge of 3 or more of the following Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules: OPM Costing, OPM Process Execution, OPM Product Development, OPM Quality Management, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), OPM Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA).
At least 5 significant Oracle projects where your tenure was 6 months or longer.
At least 2 years experience in using leading implementation methodologies to execute Oracle implementations.
Readiness to travel up to 75%; typically travelling 4 days a week, home on weekends.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Oracle R12 experience.
Project management or team lead experience.
5 - 10 years industry experience e.g., Chemical, Consumer Package Goods, Food & Beverage, Metals, Pharmaceutical, Primary materials etc.
5 - 10 years experience with master scheduling, material planning, manufacturing execution, product development, quality management, regulatory compliance, purchasing, procurement, inventory management, recipe management, or cost analysis.
Some technical competency with basic pl/sql.
German and/or English (MUST) any other Language is beneficial.
